Refund policy

Returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of it being delivered. Sale items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To make sure your return goes smoothly, please include the original packing slip and a short note with your return instructions. Items should be unworn and unwashed.

You pay to send your return, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. For items over £75 we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll check it and email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it. If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, we'll also refund the original standard delivery charge.

Faulty or wrong items

Email lefttowritestore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
